Monthly 1:1 sessions with Parcharaks to help you solidify your personal life with Sikhi.

Identify what’s needed for the success of your project and to begin recruiting.

Networking Initiatives

Project Goal:

The networking initiative is designed to incentivize Fellow’s looking to grow their careers with the opportunity to connect with tomorrow’s Sikh Leaders in various different industries.

Roles:

Mentor Initiation

Mentors are assigned to Fellows for guidance and to optimize Fellow’s project.

Industry Exposure

Explore various sectors to make informed career and project decisions.

Transfer Wisdom

Mentors and Thought Leaders share their lived experiences to learn from.

Thought Panels

Thought Leaders share. tools and perspective needed to lead successful projects.

Develop Career

Meet & Greets, internship opportunities, and resume review sessions to boost Fellow’s career.

Non-Profit Internship

Project Goal:

The E13 Audit Review is designed to provide Fellows with a detailed, thorough insight into the inner workings of an established organization. This takes place three times throughout the entire leadership program.

Roles:

Practical Experience

Craft and maintain KPIs and review finances in detail.

Navigate Leadership

Exposure to non-profit leadership structures, meetings, and communication channels.

Get Project Exposure

Support non-profit project execution through the learning process.

Leadership Accelerator

Project Goal:

The Leadership Accelerator is designed to put you through coaching via online courses and master classes provided by Panthic Leaders.

Roles:

Complete Coursework

Guided education courses to help you successfully build a nonprofit and/or a project.

Measurable Skills

Learn qualitative and quantitative skills to implement Sikhi in projects and your personal life.

Guided Sikh Studies

Mandatory Gurbani study, santhia, Why-Guru courses, and more.

Parchar Experience

Fellows will attend a mandatory parchar activity to give them real-life exposure.

Master Classes

Sessions led monthly by Thought Leaders to help provoke the mind and challenge your thinking.

Incubator Process

Project Goal:

The Incubator Process is designed to put Fellows in the hot seat by walking them through the process of building a Seva Project – and having them actually build it and launch.

ASE Convention

Project Goal:

The ASE – Association of Sikh Executives – Convention represents a culmination of the vast Sikh organizations and Sikh Professionals that exist in our network. This Leadership program will embed within that and allow Fellow’s to interact and meet these leaders.

Fellows present their projects and gain exposure to high-level thinkers.

First Official ASE Summit

The first Official ASE Summit builds synergy with E13’s existing and the new Fellow projects.

Establish a Community

Review existing problems in the Panth, identify how organizations are meeting these needs.

Networking Opportunity

Organizations have the opportunity to share their work, recruit members, and meet other orgs.

Recognize Progress
